Whether you are managing a school assembly hall, church town hall or a community centre the accumulation of ‘stuff’ is difficult to manage and therefore employing effective storage solutions will help you keep the hall tidy and clear. In addition to concerns of clutter there are health and safety considerations. Here are some great storage solutions that can help you get started.

Folding Tables

If you frequently use the space for a variety of events and need to move the tables around then it would definitely be worth investing in folding tables. There are so many folding table designs available and you can dress them up with table clothes for special events. If it folds, it’s easier to transport and tidy.

Trolley it Up

No matter what it is you need to store and transport there is a trolley for it. A table trolley is particularly useful, allowing easier set up and avoiding any unnecessary heavy lifting when there is an event. There are trolleys in all shapes and sizes out there. If you have a large number of folding tables and chairs that are currently scantily stacked leaving against a wall this could be the solution for you.

Rather than grabbing standard shelving have an expert fit racking and shelving specifically for your storage cupboard or hallway. This will help maximise on your space and create an even better aesthetic, which all contributes to a tidier and less cluttered look and feel for your hall. Stacking Benches

This is a great way to save space. Stacking benches can be easily fitted together and neatly put aside for when they are next needed. There are contour designs that are light and robust. These are particularly good for dining halls, youth organisations, church halls or a factory canteen. Because these stacking benches are so neatly stored this also means there is no need to stow them away out of sight. The saved space in the storage cupboard could certainly come in handy.
